When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my childhood best friend, now husband, Jacob. Together, we are blessed with 9 year-old twins. Some of my absolute favorite things include a good hot cup of coffee, a lazy beach day with a good book, snow-skiing, watching college football, and there is NOTHING like quality time spent sharing a slow meal with friends & family.

The Colonial at Sunset is not only rich in timeless charm but also in family legacy. Originally built as a private residence on Sunset Ranch over 60 years ago by Art and Mary Schrader, lovingly known as Pop and Mim, this home has been a cherished gathering space for seven generations. Six children grew up within these walls, and countless memories were made hosting high teas, themed parties, family dinners, holiday celebrations, and intimate family weddings.
Today, The Colonial at Sunset is owned by Laura and Terry Schrader and managed by their son Jacob and his wife, Brittany (owner and CEO of Elle Gray Events, The Colonials exclusive planning partner.) & we now open our doors to welcome new families to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments in this warm and inviting estate. Here, we know the importance of family and value and care for every couple like family, ensuring you can spend quality time with your own loved ones and create memories that last a lifetime.
